About Prewarmed Mailbox
A practical manual for teams that send cold email from pre-warmed mailboxes, written by people who sell them and run them every day.
Who publishes this
This site is owned and written by Getlead (Adgrow Sp. z o.o., Białostocka 7 lok. 30, 03-741 Warsaw, Poland). Getlead sells pre-warmed Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes and a cold email platform. We say this on every page because it matters when we recommend a provider.
How we write
- Official limits and rules link to the Google, Microsoft or Yahoo page they come from.
- Prices of other providers come from their public pricing pages and carry the date we checked them.
- We do not publish placement guarantees, invented ratings or fake reviews.
- When we recommend Getlead we give the reason, and we say when another provider fits better (for example the lowest price, or an all-in-one Instantly workflow).
Tools and privacy
The tools run entirely in your browser. The DNS checker sends lookups straight from your browser to Cloudflare's public DNS resolver. We do not collect what you type, and the site runs no advertising trackers.
Corrections
